As an experienced trauma Nurse and a licensed Contractor, Mark is no stranger to stressful situations and thrives when he is helping those in need.

Jay joined Xpert DKI in the summer of 2018. His many years of construction experience bring another level of expertise to our company. Jay is a highly trusted source for scoping jobs accurately for adjusters. Jay is dedicated to restoring your property to its pre-loss condition quickly and efficiently.
John “Ritter” Duncan
Water Mitigation Leader
“Ritter” joined the Xpert team in 2020 when the COVID pandemic changed his path like many others. Ritter became an instrumental team member who traveled all over LA and TX with our sister company, Environmental Steri-Clean, providing our SteraMist disinfecting services. Ritter is Certified Hazwoper, WTR and ASD.
Logan Weaver
Water Mitigation Technician
Logan joined the Xpert team ready to learn new tasks and help our customers. He is a great addition to our team and we are proud of his growth with Xpert!
Hannah Duncan
Fire Mitigation Leader
Hannah joined the Xpert DKI team in 2024 as our first IICRC Certified Fire Restoration Technician. Her compassion and dedication to helping families go through their damaged personal property makes her a true asset for XpertDKI. She understands the urgency of fire and water damage restoration.
Pam Prause
Emergency Support Staff
Pam has been with Xpert since 2018 and has served as a significant support team member. Pam is the voice of the company and if she is not performing clerical duties, she’s volunteering on an emergency job in the field. Pam is the glue for Xpert and exemplifies the true meaning of “Team Player”!
